Why is it so difficult to believe in ourselves?
When we are kids, we cannot see ourselves. It is our parent's job to reflect back to us who we are. The problem is that many parents weren't good at this. When they judged, criticized, bullied, rejected, etc you... you created a negative self-image of yourself. So you have "proof" in your mind that you cannot believe in yourself, because that is how your parents treated you, sometimes or many times. So you cannot just tell yourself "I believe in myself", because you didn't have a role model as a kid, that taught you that. That I why affirmations don't work for most people... Because the subconscious mind has "proof" that you cannot believe in yourself, you cannot just repeat a phrase to change it. The work you have to do is much deeper than affirmations. To be able to change this, you need to access the subconscious mind at a very deep level. Access those old memories where you were programmed in a negative way and start reprogramming them, "back" then. I struggled for many years... with low self-esteem, low self-doubt, insecurities... When I was taught how to access those old memories in the subconscious mind, I was able to start reprogramming and healing. Reprogramming of the subconscious mind allows you to get rid of the self-doubt, low self-esteem, to become your greater version. With the right reprogramming, your life can change forever. How are you working on reprogramming and healing to believe in yourself? Let me know in the comments.

Hello
Hello All. My name is Deepa. I am from Virginia, USA. Little nervous to share as I don't know anyone here lol. Anyways, I joined this group because I myself have been delving and deep diving into creating life I desire and conscious creatorship. I think a new wave is coming where we are heading and opening to life as we all desire. I love this concept, and it feels my heart is opening as I embrace this new way of opening to life that we consciously and heart-ly desire. I have many gifts one is channeling wisdom and energy, and As I share my channel opens;) it is just automatic of Corse when share in presence and love to receive for me first, and giving is just being ;). Anyways, would love to explore the path of creating life in this course or model; if it resonates with my consciousness ;) or concept of work :). Blessed all be.
