Back at it!
Fell off the strict Carnivore for a few weeks. I'll say I did the dirty carnivore lol ate bread a few times and had some beverages! Summer time is tough with all the fun going on hahah started September off strong! Day 2 at the gym and day 3 of Carnivore!! Let's go!!! 1 lb ground beef and 4 eggs for breakfast after a solid upper body workout!! πŸ’ͺ

Cheese is not my friend!!
Added some cheese to my eggs and then made a chicken crust pizza for dinner last night and after both my breakfast and my dinner I didn't feel soo great. Felt a bit bloated and gassy and the only thing I ate that was different then the past 2 weeks was cheese. Back to my regular meat and eggs only breakfast today and feel much better. πŸ™‚

What benefits have you received from carnivore?
I'm curious to hear what benefits you have received from this WOE. I will start first: What improved for me: 1. No more mid day crashes: Before Carnivore I would have to nap almost everyday and now i haven't napped once since and my energy levels are consistent throughout the day. 2. My skin has improved! Less breakouts and clearer skin. 3. My joints are no longer in pain!! My knees and elbow were in so much pain before Carnivore. 4. My mood improved. I feel so much more positive and calmer which is the weirdest benefit for me with this WOE. Just feel sooooo much better. 5. SLEEP has improved immensely. I sleep like a baby compared to before. Curious to hear what carnivore has improved in your lives :)

Soo I played in a softball.tournament this weekend, and normally my legs give out on me thwy feel like lead and this weekend I felt amazing, even my cardio endurance was better. Everyone on the team kept commenting that I looked faster than I have in the past! I said must be the meat!!! I was a touch sore but nothing like I've experienced before. Another win was that it was hot as F*@<k out and I didn't have a beet, didn't even have a craving to have one!! Was pretty impressed with myself!!
