I've just created an in-depth 8-Week Carnivore Blueprint course that covers EVERYTHING you need to know about the carnivore lifestyle. This is available to all members at LVL 3 and above.

8 Weeks of Delicious Meal Plans 🥩

To keep things fresh and exciting, We are slowly adding delicious mouth-watering meal plans that will extend all the way out to 8 weeks. Say goodbye to boredom and burnout with these tasty carnivore dishes!

Weekly Live Home Workouts 🏋️‍♀️

Starting soon, I'll be hosting weekly live home workouts! Join me for 15-minute sessions of easy exercises designed to get our bodies moving and energized. I'm going to experiment with what day/time is the best that can accommodate most people in the community. BUT don't worry if you miss the workout. All workouts will be recorded and posted into the community so you can access them on your on time.

Workout Programs (Videos)

I am currently working on exercise programs for home, gym and outside that you will be able to follow. They will be videos of yours truly going over the exercises and how to do them so you don't have to google or youtube anything.. STAY TUNED!

Weekly Zoom Calls Q&A

We will be adding weekly zoom calls to go over everything Carnivore. This call will serve as a chance for you to ask questions and hang out with other Carnivore Peeps!

Weekly Tasks/Challenges

We will also be adding in Weekly Challenges to keep everything fun. We will have fun prizes for the winners

Remember, some of these awesome resources require you to be at a certain level. You can level up by staying active in the community - post, comment, and engage with other members!

It can be lonely as a Carnivore... Your family, friends and coworkers think you are crazy because you rather take care of your health and eat this way but if you ate fast food everyday they wouldn't bat an eye..

I wanted to make a community where we support and help each other out so I do appreciate everyone being here. You all ROCK!
