Regarding exercise, I understand the study that supported achieving increased focus from the 30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise. Are their comparable studies or do you have a perspective (and you usually do) on the impact on the brain from other forms of exercise or movement? Weight training, HIIT (which I personally love), yoga, etc
I have a love/hate relationship with breathwork to be honest. It is quite powerful and yet I often skip it during my various health practices. I did option 1 today and it was helpful. I have done option 2 in the past and it is energizing. I like the impact of both of them. I just need the patience and focus to fully incorporate them into my daily routine. Thank you for the reminder and reinforcement of the power of breathwork.
@Julie Fratantoni breath work is often incorporated into another practice for me (yoga, Flow60, meditation). And I often cut it short and focus on the more physical movements which all include breath work as well. It’s the focused isolated breath work that usually gets reduced or eliminated.
