Day 7: The Calm Catalyst
Congratulations on completing the first week of The Calm Catalyst! If you have completed every day’s exercise, be soooo proud. You are rewiring your nervous system. You are training your body to come back to safety. If you skipped a couple days, dont give up! You can just recommit and come back to missed days at the end. After today’s exercise: How did it feel to ask your body these questions? Were you surprised by the answers?

Day seven. I did the exercise, but I didn’t really get any answers. I set the timer for five minutes.
Day 6
I set the timer for five minutes and I practice the breathing. I did feel warmth in my heart and I tried to send love to my heart as well. My mind kept wandering off and I had to keep reminding it to come back to Breathing.
