The action takers way to close 1-2 deals next week
Hey all, JP dropping in with a poke on a Friday afternoon on how to get an extra few deals through the door before the end of the month. Read to the very end and execute on this over the weekend for a fast revenue injection! Let's hop in! What you're about to read is the 5-7 day engagement campaign framework we use to extract an extra 1-2 deals from our CRM. We like to execute these direct-response social, email, and text campaigns every 90 days (based on lead flow) to push fence-sitters over the edge. These are perfect for helping you hit your quarter revenue goals or testing new marketing angles. Here's the simple FIVE-step framework we use: (((drop #actiontaker below for additional assets to execute on this over the weekend))) โœ… Step ONE โ€“ Call out your ideal client avatar (your best client success story) Start by listing out the top 5-10 characteristics of your ideal client: How much is their product or service? What niches do they work in? What problem do they solve? How much do they make annually? How big is their team? Getting crystal clear on your ideal client avatar is super important โ€“ don't be afraid to niche down here. โœ… Step TWO: Create 1-2 days of storytelling-based emails The purpose of the first two pieces of content is to pass forward the knowledge of why you built your new offer. Where were you before? What were your biggest challenges? What problems did you witness during your adventure? How did you overcome the big problems you went through? How did you help other people find success with what we're doing? Think of this as the foundation that builds up intrigue, anticipation, and hype about the big news you'll be dropping. โœ… Step THREE: Soft launch your offer Make your big announcement about the release of your offer.

Love this JP
Having internal omnipresence out performs posting on every social media platform every day of the week.
Let me explain. When you focus on being on every platform you lose leverage because it becomes easier to miss comments plus not every platform has a way to directly speak with people who engage. (Just to name a few reasons) I know this because we sat here for a year and a half and business stagnated. But then Nina and I started focusing on what was moving the needle the most. We began hyper focusing on two platforms for top funnel awareness and lead generation. For us at Scaling Lean its Meta and LinkedIn. Everything beyond that becomes less focused and unproductive. Now heres what I mean about creating internal omnipresence. This is where the magic happens and is HUGELY over looked. Internal omnipresence means you have automated followup processes that increase your brand awareness on autopilot. These internal processes strategically place middle and bottom of funnel assets in front of your leads. And move aware leads deeper into your marketing and sales process. Put simply it converts aware leads into buyers. This is how we use internal omnipresence to increase brand awareness. 1. Case study pages 2. Send daily emails 3. Centralize our follow up inside our crm/ in slack to get back to leads and clients asap. 4. Build evergreen value videos and two steps to lead people deeper down our funnel. 5. Text message campaigns 6. Send reminders to important content and live events via email Internal omnipresence outperforms being on every social platform every day of the week because it builds your brand authority strategically. Itโ€™s most effective because it speaks to hand raisers that have already showed interest in the problem you solve. So whereโ€™s the best place to start building internal omnipresence? Start by capturing all your leads inside of a crm - or what we call a conversion engine hosted by conversionpro.io. Then build evergreen assets based around your best client results and top performing content. Deliver that content to leads that enter your eco system.

Hey JP, I really need this framework for knowing where my leads are in our funnels and what kind of content I need to create to move them forward.
๐ŸŸข Welcome to Scaling Lean SKOOL Community.
Welcome to Scaling Lean SKOOL Community. Great to have you here, nice of you to join us! Before we jump into all the resources and bonuses I want to give you a brief breakdown of who we are, what we stand for, and why this group was created in the first place. To start, this community was founded by Nina Brennan and Jonathan Ploransky to provide business owners to master the game of advertising. Our goal is to help business owners like you become the data operator of your business and scale your business predictably. A couple of years back we first launched our business we approached it in a very different mindset and had to work endlessly to scaleโ€ฆ The organic game was tedious. Posting 3-5 videos a day on every single social media platform. Going live 2-3 times a week. Sending hundreds of cold DMโ€™s a day managing VAs and appointment setters. And dumping money into paid ads aimlessly to save our sales pipeline when it dried up from organic efforts - which made us lose a lot of money. Our organic madness didnโ€™t go unrewarded. We built a strong community and scaled rapidly to $650k+ in 12 monthsโ€ฆ We were stuck in the narrative of work hard = more money. It was the wrong type of work. We were stuck on the content hamster wheel to keep up with the โ€œgrowingโ€ revenue goals, with unpredictable revenue at the beginning of each month. And too often we see business owners in the same position, longing to scale their business... but their energy is spent IN the business not on the business. They are in the perpetual content hamster wheel building the brand and sitting on social media... And losing a lot of money and digital real estate by simply not dialing in a cold traffic strategy. You might know the story to well. When we were in the grindโ€ฆ We longed for simplicity (no content hamster wheel and no clunky software). We longed for efficiency (streamlined client acquisition, from cold to close) We longed for scalability. It was a journey for sureโ€ฆ and eventually we made it happen by mastering three crucial components of client acquisition.
