Stuck at posting your first video? Read this!
If you are stuck with uploading that very first video to your channel it is likely you are trying to get every little detail right. -Research everything on a specific topic -script every word you're gonna say -Record the a-roll (fix lighting, get a $1000 camera, get a good laptop etc.) -Make the b-roll -Edit every detail ECT. The point is you're trying to overdo it for such minimal reward Even when you make your very first video, all the effort you put in, it'll suck anyway That's the cold harsh truth bro... IT WILL SUCK ANYWAY! The reason for this is that you're very inexperienced on youtube, you haven't done anything yet on the platform. So this should kinda comfort you that it doesn't matter that the video isn't perfect. We all started out bro. My very first video sucked so much that I eventually deleted it (not right approach, I wish I hadn't done that cause it would be a perfect way to see how much I improved). You don't learn to swim from a book so you don't grow on youtube if you don't have anything posted yet. The mindset you need to adopt for yourself for this is that this first video is just to see if you want to continue on youtube, that's all! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So here a little challenge for you if you thought about starting a youtube channel or trying to overdo your first video: Upload a video within 48 hours from seeing this post, and doesn't matter if everything sucked, it is just to get you going. And to spice up the challenge: 200 push if you miss the deadline!!!! Let me know if you accept and did it! Take care! -Robin

How to have Good background music for your Video's
Music is a very important component of the overall look of the video you're making. Good music in video's makes you feel certain ways that is not only engaging, but you will remember the stuff that's told in the video better. The core mission of having background music in your video's is to make a viewer feel a certain way! A lot of beginners (including me as well) edit a video and then search for some random songs that sound good and drop them in the sequence and TADAAA ... video done! I can tell you right now that that is the wrong way to go about adding music in your video's. In a good video you have different type of moods, one moment you are serious, then another you're funny. You don't want the same music you used for a serious atmosphere to be underneath your joke... right? So firstly before I drop some sauce in here, I'll tell you some pre-requisites on background music: You probably know Andrew Tate right? We can all agree that he makes you feel a certain way, if it is either love or hate, joy or fear, laughter or anger and bunch of other emotions that I don't know. This why he is so popular, he gives you these strong emotions that attach you to him. This is exactly what we want to replicate in our video's! And one key factor is by adding good fitting background music depending on the mood. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - You need to edit your music It sounds so cliche to say it like this, but it is true. You use fragments of a song or beat that fits the current mood you try to give the viewer. What worked for me is that I devided my video in a few different chapters and then have a particular background music for that entire section and then swith it up when the next chapter comes. but sometimes this isn't possible because you want to provoke more emotions in one chapter. To make that all still sound good is by using sound effects as well.

"Heroes and villains always have the same back story---pain. The difference is what they choose to do about it. Villain says, "The world hurt me, I'll hurt it back." Hero says, "The world hurt me, I'm not gonna let anyone else hurt like this." Heroes use pain. Villains are used by it." - Alex Hormozi We've all experienced pain. Painful childhoods, painful relationships, painful accidents, painful experiences. Pain. Pain. Pain. Life will hurt, that is a guarantee. That will not change. What will change is what you do about your pain. Are you going to let pain stop you, force you to give up, lay down and quit? OR Are you going to let pain push you, motivate you to keep going, and fuel you to continually grow? The choice is yours. Is pain going to break you or make you? Are you going to allow pain to destroy your dreams? OR Are you going to use it as a source of energy, To motivate you to push through adversity, face challenges head on, and grow stronger because of it? What will you do with your pain? You cannot escape it, you may be able to delay it but for what? So you won't hurt? So you won't feel bad? You're afraid of discomfort? Afraid to suffer? GUESS WHAT The pathway to an easy life is choosing a difficult path. The pathway to a difficult life is choosing an easy path. Meaning, If you aren't challenging yourself to grow, gain experience, and level up, YOU ARE GETTING WEAKER. If you continue to get weaker YOU WILL NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH TO PUSH BACK AGAINST PAIN. Pain will find you one way or another. You can only run and hide for so long. While you're running and hiding you're wasting time & energy you could have invested in getting better. So, PLEASE, BY ALL MEANS, EMBRACE YOUR PAIN AND FIND PURPOSE WITHIN YOUR PAIN. You are strong, You are courageous, You are capable of facing your pain and becoming better because of it. EMBRACE YOUR PAIN Let it be YOUR FUEL to build a better YOU and a better LIFE. Be grateful for your pain.

Why is consistency is so difficult?
What is consistency? The simple definition is to do something repeatedly over an extended period of time. So now, why is being consistent so difficult for some people, while it seems to be so easy for others? That’s what I used to ask myself all the time. If that’s the case, there must be something that consistent people do that helps them keep going… Right? It was when I first realized the importance of feedback loops that I started to get somewhere. It turns out we humans are extremely feedback-driven creatures. So if we don’t get feedback in some way or another, we start to avoid taking action. It’s the same reason why people who try sensory deprivation make up things in their heads and sometimes start to hallucinate (image below). It’s because they lack sensory feedback and input from the external world. Then I noticed something while listening to an episode of The Game by @Alex Hormozi (btw, great podcast). In that episode, I learned that the better you get at something, the more feedback loops you can extract from your work. He explained that when he writes books like $100M Offers or Leads, he can extract a lot of small feedback loops while writing, like shortening a paragraph down to just a sentence or two. And now it all started to make sense. The reason it was so hard to stay consistent was that I lacked competence. And that made me realize there was no way around it except by getting through it. But hopefully, just by realizing this, you’ll remember that it won’t get easier over time… You’ll just get better. So that taught me that the better you become, the easier it is to keep going. Hope this helped in some way.
