Post Your Breath Hold (Week 40: Sep 30th - Oct 6th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post all seven days, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course ๐Ÿ˜Ž And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Denis Blanchard @Curro Cachinero @Edward Brittain @Paul den Oude @Kristopher Pensenti @Mir Jam @David Broberg Wilby @Tina Mosner @Luca Pinelli @Elliot Raboy

@David Broberg Wilby and @Edward Brittain it looks like your breath working is evolving solidly, well done! I have repeated the same exercises from yesterday; last dive 3:52. Feeling a little better:). Have a good day

Hey guys! Couple days with out posting but following the routine.:) I did my BH sitting on a armchair on Wednesday (during the evening) and felt quite different. I couldn't hold for more than 2.10 in my 4dive. The sensation was like more pressure on lungs having the need to take a breath very early. Any reason? but it was nice to change the way i normally do my exercises (early morning and laying in the bed) to experience other feelings and to see what happens. Thrusday i got my max having 4:16 so happy also because it meant my cold was totally out.:) This morning i did 3 dives; 1.30; 2.30; 3.30 having the same time for resting and without checking the watch which was a challenge for me. Then 2 exhale dives within 1.40 and 1.51, very different i had to be very focus on relax my diaphragm and abdomen. Do you feel the same? Have a good one!

Good morning everyone! Day 4- 4:06. The warming exercises are great. I started with 1:30 and the adding the 15s every round until the fourth. In the fourth i felt very confortable until the 02:40 focusing on my heart beating. Then i openned my eyes, check the time and close them again and tried to stay focus on my heart beating again and smile. Last 40 secs was a challenge reminding me that there is still plenty of oxygen in my body.:) Have a good one
