Lead Generation for Cold Outreach
Hey guys Got a favour to ask from the community Anybody willing to share their method for generating leads for cold outreach. Namely cold calling. So I'm looking for business name, number, owner name etc I've had issues with VA's and setting up systems etc in the past and yet to find anyone on upwork that is reliable and of enough quality Does anybody have a reliable system that they are using that they would be open to sharing with me? It would be much appreciated Looking in the region of $50-100 for 1000 leads. But if this sounds ridiculous just let me know also Many thanks guys

Hi mate, You’re not going to get 1,000 quality leads for $100 unless they’re just scraped from Apollo or similar platforms that everyone has tapped into thousands of times. If you want a fresh, accurate list, you need a skilled lead enricher/email list builder or a data entry VA, properly trained to gather owners’ names, emails, etc. They should use sources like Companies House and maybe LinkedIn but sometimes it can be outdated. For emails, they can use software but should also try manual methods, testing name and domain combinations. I recorded a full guide and sent a trial sheet with about 15 leads to 60 VAsβ€”only three came back with 90% accuracy. I chose the best one and refined their approach. The best rate I found is $0.20 per lead, so $200 for 1,000 leads. You’ll need to do a call to show them the manual process, as most rely on multiple tools and give whatever they scrape. They should test combinations like first name.lastname@domain, verifying each on hunter.io or similar. Manual research is crucial, especially for home improvement leads where emails may not be readily available on databases or LinkedIn, ensuring you have a 100% accurate, up-to-date list of directors’ names and emailsβ€”often untouched by others. I’d suggest posting a job on Upwork, preparing a sheet of 10-15 leads that you have already verified their names and emails, and sending it to applicants with them removed to find the accurate details to test. Choose the most accurate one, then train them further since you’ll need this consistently. Just include a short video or guide on how you want it done, exactly as you would do it yourself. Hope that helps.
Clients Facebook Page Permanently Unpublished
Been battling to get my clients page back that was randomly unpublished and they wouldn’t give us a reason after daily appeals for weeks. They have just come back and said it was because of an ad violation but refused to tell me what was violation, said they didn’t have access to that information. We know for a fact we didn’t violate any policies at all, and why not disable the ad account, why permanently unpublish the page? Makes me very worried using Meta sometimes, imagine it was a huge page, shocking. Anyone had anything like this?

When did you hire a media buyer?
Hi all, looking to hire a media buyer as i feel as though its holding my growth back, but i keep getting told to not outsource it yet. Would love your opinions and to see when some of you outsourced media buying, and if it paid off, or if you wish you stuck to it yourself?

Any Groups/Mentors For MedSpa Agencies?
My partner is looking for a group or an experienced agency owner in the MedSpa niche to help her grow her agency, she is just starting out with a couple of clients and needs help. Anyone here know of anyone who offers this? Thanks!
