Clients Facebook Page Permanently Unpublished

Been battling to get my clients page back that was randomly unpublished and they wouldn’t give us a reason after daily appeals for weeks. They have just come back and said it was because of an ad violation but refused to tell me what was violation, said they didn’t have access to that information.

We know for a fact we didn’t violate any policies at all, and why not disable the ad account, why permanently unpublish the page?

Makes me very worried using Meta sometimes, imagine it was a huge page, shocking.

Anyone had anything like this?
