I will be the Athletic-Performance Coach at Ames High School beginning this fall!! This will cover: Strength & Conditioning Speed & Agility Mindset and Skills We will be utilizing stations and systems most of you are familiar with at Verti-GO inside the school 🤯 This is a huge step for future Certified Athletic-Performance Coaches! It’s creating a path that did not previously exist. I foresee CAPC’s running Athletic-Performance programs at the HS, College and Pro level in the future.
