Chasing the hyper-trophy
As I see it, there are three variables we can play with: volume, frequency and intensity. Volume (how many sets per workout or week) Frequency (how often each muscle gets worked) Intensity (how hard) How would you all personally rank them? ๐Ÿ™‚

I agree, but a little different take. If I knew I (or a client) was training with sufficient intensity, I would prioritize volume. As you're talking about playing with variables, aka altering them, I would be even more inclined to prioritize volume because I don't necessarily want to adjust or change my training intensity. That should be fairly constant if hypertrophy is the goal. Therefore volume would be the most important factor influencing hypertrophy.

@Darian Bates yes as the most important, but in my example not as the number one variable to play with, because that should stay constant.

Food Pushersโ€™ Motives ?
I recently started a new job and have only told two colleagues about the significant amount of weight Iโ€™ve lost over the past 3 months and my goal to step onstage for a bodybuilding show in May to show off my transformation in a dress. At a recent work event, I brought my own food and stayed on track, but those two colleagues kept pushing me to eat junk food and drink alcohol. They even seemed disappointed when I stuck to my plan and drank water instead. I left feeling proud of myself, but Iโ€™m curiousโ€”why do you think people try to pull you away from your goals, even when they know how important it is to you? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

Many times people can feel a sense of internalized guilt seeing someone get on a path toward health and wellness when they are not. I've had people tell me I make them feel guilty when I eat my meal plan (I never say anything about my food or make any comments about what they are eating) and have had many coworkers tell me, "oh one bite won't hurt! Come on!" I genuinely think a way for many to relieve that stress is to get you to eat what they are so they feel less poorly about their dietary choices.

You'd think it'd be a great combo since clen is a beta 2 agonist (stimulates beta 2 receptors and promotes lipolysis) and yohimbine blocks alpha 2 receptors (which inhibit fat loss). However, both drugs cause an increase in norepinephrine, which can lead to an elevated fight-or-flight response. This increases heart rate, blood pressure, and metabolic rate, promoting fat loss but also significantly stressing the cardiovascular system. Yohimbine has reportedly caused anxiety and tremors in multiple users. My recommendation would be to not use both together.
