Day 4 is here! If you missed a day or 3.... That means you're human lol. I've been focusing on small steps rather than doing too much. Walking more is my goal and so far I've been consistent. It hasn't been easy though. Last night I was 3K steps shy of my goal and ready to call it a night with a bowl of ice cream... And then I realized that I would regret not at least trying harder. So I took the dog for a walk...and then had ice cream lol Who's moving today?
