This was helpful and motivating. Thank you. I tend to think I'm the only one dealing with figuring out how to make time to workout, so it's a relief to feel heard and understood. And my son woke up feeling sick Saturday, then I started feeling unwell in the afternoon, so I wasn't able do the cardio I had planned to do. We're resting and recovering now.

21D Challenge: Day 4!
Day 4 is here! If you missed a day or 3.... That means you're human lol. I've been focusing on small steps rather than doing too much. Walking more is my goal and so far I've been consistent. It hasn't been easy though. Last night I was 3K steps shy of my goal and ready to call it a night with a bowl of ice cream... And then I realized that I would regret not at least trying harder. So I took the dog for a walk...and then had ice cream lol Who's moving today?
