My breakthrough occurred on the first day after I took the Sleep Analysis. I realized that my patterns come in bursts of energy and concentration, which aligns with the purpose of this Focused Brain course. Everything started to make sense to me. For years, I thought I had ADD and was taking Ritalin for a while. However, over the past few days since I started Focused Brain, I have learned to consciously state my goals and the amount of time I want to dedicate to each task before starting.
