Advice on methods to break free from addictions?
Hi :-) Have any of you got rid of addictions or has been getting rid of it? Specifically, I would like to get rid of 4 addictions by the end of the year: 1- porn and masturbation 2- junk food 3- shallow entertainment such as anime and tv shows, when I'm alone 4- energy drinks and coffee P.s.: it's my first post in the community, so please admins, let me know if this kind of subject is off-topic. P.p.s.: thanks to everyone who responded. There is no need for more answers because thanks also to those given I can implement a system to get rid of these dependencies.
