Into the Weekend
Saturday has start with nice and bright sunlight. I have just finished coaching and about to ride back home. Have a nice feed (50grams of protein for lunch) and chill with my little humans. Whatโ€™s everyone else doing?

Sunday run
Was planning on a 10k run this morning and was feeling good, so made it a 7 miler. That's 20 miles done this week โœ… plus 4 gym sessions ๐Ÿ’ช. So feeling pleased with myself, rest day tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜ด I'm starting to realise how important my rest days are ๐Ÿ˜‰
