Issue #1: Salt. I stopped sprinkling salt, of course quite a while back. However, I still crave it on salads, in my homemade dressings. Therefore, Ive had “seasons” in my raw food life when I’ve delved into Spanish olives or Bragg’s liquid aminos added to my salads. I keep wondering is there a “middle ground.” Probably the parasites wondering 🤣🤣🤣 Issue #2: “Fat” Portions. I’m really trying to nail down, through my own practice of 811, the perfect portions when I use Tahini or avocados. I know. I know. Ten percent. But getting to what that looks like is tough for me. I do need to get this down before helping others to learn the “how’s” of 811. I don’t know what I expect anyone to say, but thanks for listening, as I’m moving forward.
