Force yourself to work slowly to avoid mistakes. 6. If you notice noise inside your brain, listen to brown noise. 7. Recharge your energy when you feel depressed by praying to God. 8. Donโt eat a lot and never eat sugary sweets, because too much food takes too much energy for digestion. 9. Say "shut up" to the voice inside you that gives you negative ideas. 10. Set ten tasks to do each day.
