- Organizing and cleaning your house helps to organize the chaos in your mind.
- Force yourself to work slowly to avoid mistakes.
- If you notice noise inside your brain, listen to brown noise.
- Recharge your energy when you feel depressed by praying to God.
- Don’t eat a lot and never eat sugary sweets, because too much food takes too much energy for digestion.
- Say "shut up" to the voice inside you that gives you negative ideas.
- Set ten tasks to do each day.
