Requirements to train tucked planche
I can do 12 pull ups and 23 dips in a row. Is that enough to start training for the planche? What else would I need to consider? I also do pike push ups to strengthen my shoulders as the planche requires strong shoulders.

Hell na you should be able to do 50 dips and 20 pullups at least
Question regarding increasing pull up reps. reps
I went from 0 to 3 pull ups in 2 months and within 3 months I went to 7 pull ups. The problem is I am not being able to increase the pull ups from 7 pulls ups, it's been almost 5 months now but i am stuck at 7 pull ups. I want to train for static training soon but with prerequisites I don't want to. Can anyone help??

@Juan G yes I did took a break and surprisingly did 10 pull ups after lol, I guess I wasn't resting enough.
