I really feel like I can support anyone that needs recruiting support. In my career I have worked so many verticals it is easier to say that the only ones I haven't done are Construction and Clinical. That being said, the bulk of my experience is supporting SaaS startups and GovCon companies.

After 20 years in recruiting I felt that there were opportunities to help small, growing businesses to set up their hiring practices for future success. I have really been enjoying working with those businesses to get them started on the right foot. All too often then are sold on products they don't need and overpay even for the ones they do. Sure I can also help them fill reqs at 1/5 the price of your traditional staffing firm, but where I find the most joy in my work is being there to provide advice and help them grow.
