Self reflection is so vital to see who you were, are and to become. Taking the time in our busy lives to truly see ourselves but also to appreciate others keeps you grounded on what is important in life, being human. One trait I like about myself is my sense of humor. I always try to put a smile on someone's face. Trying to keep a positive energy even when I'm feeling down.😊 Much love to everyone here.

'Living a balanced life' has changed for me over time. I used to put immense pressure on myself to maintain unattainable daily goals. Now, I recognize and honour the seasons of life and live in the integrity of where I am. What has supported me the most is remaining open and receptive to my Sankapla (my North Star) and disciplined in my practice (my anchor). Once again loved your day five practice on balance. Sometimes you need to climb that mountain and get away from the life we live, to get a better perception. For me to find balance is to learn the ability of letting go. Not being so hard on myself and to understand that I'm worthy of much more than I allow into my life. Firstly, thanks for being such a wonderful guide for my mental vacation. Like one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs, I was Comfortably Numb. I always have a sense of being whole and thankful after my Yoga Nidra sessions. Such a peaceful feeling.😊

I like to be in my bed, with a pillow underneath my head and legs. I like to have as much silence as possible and anytime of the day is fine with me.

Mental stillness for me is like an outer body experience. A state of peace of mind. I explain this to someone, I would say that it feels like your spirit is floating above your physical body. Blissful. 😊
