I have a challenge for you....First, congrats America...our attention span is now SHORTER than a goldfish.The average attention span in the US is 8 seconds...only 8 f@cking seconds (goldfish is 9) This sounds funny...but it really isn't. The distraction epidemic and the attention economy are destroying your mental health and ruining your wonderful brain. This is why you can't focus, feel mentally drained and struggle to complete tasks/work/goals. This online academy and community will provide you with the awareness, tools, techniques and mental exercises to get your focus, mental energy and brain back. Wanna test your attention?
