๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ Entrepreneurship is messy. Growth is risky. And thatโ€™s okay...
โ€œWhat if it doesnโ€™t work?โ€ This fear stops so many people before they even start. But hereโ€™s the truth that Alex Hormozi shares: ๐Ÿ’ก Everyone struggles at the beginning. ๐Ÿ’ก Itโ€™s unrealistic to expect perfection on the first try. ๐Ÿ’ก The only real failure? Giving up. The biggest obstacle? Fear of judgment. โ€” What will they think if I fail? โ€” Will I lose their approval? Hereโ€™s a reframe: โ“ What if they donโ€™t matter as much as your dreams? โ“ What if you succeed BECAUSE you ignored the naysayers? Take the risk. Pursue your passion. Let the opinions of others take the backseat. Youโ€™ve got this. ๐Ÿ’ช P.S. Whatโ€™s the best piece of advice youโ€™ve heard about overcoming fear? Let me know below! ๐Ÿ‘‡

Everyone's take on overcoming fears will be different - but mine may be a bit out there...We have all been conditioned to work for centuries, so entrepreneurship and more specifically, solopreneurship, will come with our own excuses of how it would never work out. Creating your own business from "nothingness," is such a shift from the corporate world. I overcome fear with spirituality - healing and meditation, crystal gemstones, prayer, music, my creative hobbies, fasting, and the great Youtube University or through the use of self-help books and reading articles on the internet. Information and divinity motivate me to change my mindsets about each of my fears and to become more proactive in overcoming them by changing EACH of the habits or perspectives that surround those fears in the form of realistic milestones over a period of time.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What Iโ€™ve Learned from Building a Skool Group with 8K Members
Growing a community of 8,000+ people on Skool didnโ€™t happen overnight. It took a lot of trial and error, consistency, and thoughtful strategy. Here are some the key lessons Iโ€™ve picked up along the way that you can apply to your own community-building journey. 1๏ธโƒฃ Play to your strengths ๐Ÿ’ช When I started, I focused on what I already knewโ€”my core expertise: content curation. Instead of trying to become someone I wasnโ€™t, I leaned into my own skill set. This laid a solid foundation that made it easier to engage new members and deliver genuine value. If youโ€™re thinking about launching your own group, start with what youโ€™re already good at. Build from there. 2๏ธโƒฃ Confidence matters more than you think ๐Ÿ‘ A big sticking point for so many of us is self-promotion. We worry about coming off as pushy or salesy. But hereโ€™s the thing: promoting what you do is simply making your community aware of solutions they need. If you genuinely believe in your offer, confidence becomes natural. Itโ€™s not bragging, itโ€™s shining a light on how you can help. 3๏ธโƒฃ Zero in on a burning problem ๐Ÿ‘Œ A Skool group is more than a random assembly of people. Itโ€™s a space where specific needs should be addressed. Instead of trying to solve everything, I focused on one major problem my audience faced. Suddenly, my messages hit home. People joined because they knew exactly how I could help. That kind of clarity is a game-changer. 4๏ธโƒฃ Commit fully to your path ๐Ÿค Half-measures donโ€™t cut it. Building a community that thrives requires consistency, quality content, and genuine interaction. I showed up regularly, replied to questions, and kept the group environment positive and constructive. Real commitment makes people feel valuedโ€”and they stick around because of it. 5๏ธโƒฃ Balance your time (and keep it human) โœŒ๏ธ Automation tools can help you manage a large group, but donโ€™t turn your community into a cold, automated funnel. People still want to feel heard and seen. I used tools to handle repetitive tasks, freeing me up to have actual conversations. This human touch makes all the difference, especially once you scale past a few thousand members.

I think that point #1 resonates with me the most because I tend to try a whole bunch of new things that I may be new to instead of working with what I have. Social media and its management is a whole new ball game for me, as I don't even have any personal accounts, so I wanna focus on social media channels after I finish my live website (changed it a thousand times these past months), to create that community sense you and many digitalpreneurs speak of when creating a loyal audience. I may not be well versed or enthusiastic about utilizing social media in the coming weeks, but I sure am good at writing and researching content or creating content from within. Thanks @Alexi Drouin
7 Key Strategies ๐Ÿ’ก to Improve Retention ๐Ÿ” and Drive Growth ๐Ÿš€
We all know that keeping a customer is more profitable than acquiring a new one. But how do you make sure your customers keep coming back? Here are proven strategies from the video "7 Ways to Get People to Buy More Times" by @Accelerator University to keep your customers engaged: 1. Exit Interviews ๐Ÿ“ Understand customer exits to uncover insights and find opportunities for improvement. 2. Reach-Outs ๐Ÿค Maintain strong relationships with regular, personalized communication, ensuring customers feel appreciated. 3. Exclusive Events ๐ŸŽ“ Organize special events for students to build loyalty and a strong community. 4. Handwritten Cards โœ‰๏ธ Show appreciation with handwritten notes, adding a memorable personal touch. 5. Tracking Attendance ๐Ÿ“Š Track attendance to spot disengagement early and take proactive steps. 6. Unlockables & Bonuses ๐ŸŽ Engage customers with rewards and incentives tied to their activity and loyalty. 7. Onboarding Process ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Create a structured onboarding experience to ensure lasting customer relationships. The takeaway? Customer retention isnโ€™t just about keeping clients happy โ€“ itโ€™s about consistently adding value and showing that you care. To recap... 1. Exit Interviews ๐Ÿ“ 2. Reach-Outs ๐Ÿค 3. Exclusive Events ๐ŸŽ“ 4. Handwritten Cards โœ‰๏ธ 5. Tracking Attendance ๐Ÿ“Š 6. Unlockables & Bonuses ๐ŸŽ 7. Onboarding Process ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ P.S. Which strategy will you implement first? Have you implemented any of these strategies in your business? Which one made the most impact?

I've done Reach outs and Exit Interviews as my customers are small businesses seeking wholesale ceramics for their stores, so understanding their individual needs is gathered from these two strategies.

@Omar Elgazzar just research, keep motivated, look at world events and don't give up. We all start at nowhere. I was and still am a nobody but someday that will change brother.
