Good day all. I’m on the weight loss journey since January. Lost 40 lbs. My weight has been an issue since I can remember. Always been a big kid but at some point I lost control and it’s been a struggle ever since. So lately I’ve been struggling with my mental health. Been dealing with some business/family shit. So had a couple shit day of eating. Some days I blew through my daily calories (damn near doubling what I should’ve been), other days only eating half. All of this to say, I’m sure I’m not the only one dealing with shit. This helps flush out the bad energy. If you read this, thank you for reading my post. I appreciate it. Tomorrow is a new day! LFG
