Healthy snacking
What does everyone eat for snacks? That seems to be one of the bigger quandaries I have....

Why do you say poooo to bcaa's? I think they're better for muscle recovery after a workout but I don't think there's any harm in having a half scoop in my water....I could be wrong tho..

Not sure if you're close to a Costco, but my wife and I have been going there for our primary proteins. I get bulk chicken breast and either pre cut pork chops or the log of pork (lol), which has proven to be more beneficial than pre cut because you can cut to your desired thickness. Buying bulk just means you have to set an hour or so towards meal prepping. Trust me, it's worth it. I've also had a revelation of learning that I need to sear all if the meat before I put in the oven!!! Flavour country happens and I can't do it any other way now!!
Last time you had a blood test?

I had blood work done just under a year ago for trying the new fad of ozempic. Didn't work out for me. Now I'm doing weight loss the old fashioned way.

Im not sure what a reasonable goal is for one year of weight loss, but I'd like to do that,.lol. I feel burdened by the injuries I keep accumulating (currently doing physio for my shoulder and now while I'm talking here I realize I might have tweaked my upper right back from repetitive twisting motions in throwing out carpet in a dumpster 😞.) and that makes me feel like I can't do any, or limited, weight lifting....and that in itself is another ordeal for me. I'm constantly getting overwhelmed by what I should/shouldn't do. I think it's in my best interest to do a push/pull/stretching and abs routine....I just need to get that organized so I can calm the overwhelmed part of me and work on consistently telling MyFitnessPal what I'm eating every day, healthy or not. Sorry for the mouthful, I don't get on here as often as I should lol.

I'm 47 years old. I've done almost every weight loss method except for the holding yourself accountable one. I'm slowly working on changing that.
