Can someone who has experience with novations hop on a call today any time between 4:30 - 9:00pm EST & please walk me through the process in detail? Dos, donts, step by step execution, etc? When you list with an agent, at the end of the day the price isn’t guaranteed offers can come in under asking and you walk away with less, with the equity protection program I am guaranteeing you your price no matter what

@Amir Arabnia at the end of the day if they have the time and they don’t care about going back and forth with an agent they ain’t gonna do a novation, someone that doesn’t want to deal with a realtor and just wants their price is not gonna question the power of attorney

Negotiating | Backing Out
Hey community, I’m curious to see how you guys handle 2 things. 1) Negotiating if you have a pretty wide acceptable offer range. For example, I’d make my initial offer at a $30-20k profit, but I’d be ok to make $5,000. How would you navigate increasing your offer upwards of $20-25k in a tactical way? 2) Hopefully this will never happen, but how do you guys back out of the contract if you can’t find a buyer after inspection? What do you tell the seller? I appreciate the amount of value everyone shares in here & the fact that this resource exists 🙏🙏

1. Don’t sell yourself short, yes your ok making 5k, but at the end of the day you don’t know exactly what someone will buy it at so you gotta leave yourself a cushion for negotiating with a buyer, and depends how motivated the seller is I’ll go up 5k at a time, but I’ve also gone up 10k before, just depends on motivation, 2. I usually just tell them that the bids came back to high and it needs more work than we thought and try to renegotiate and if they want to work with you they will if not I just back out

Daily gem
What’s up guys, wanted come on here with a daily gem, one thing I learned early on when I started wholesaling, that is holding a lot of people back today, it’s the one saying I here a lot “Scared money don’t make money” A lot of people when they get they first deal, they spend it on unnecessary stuff, don’t be scared to invest all of it back into your business, that one thing took me to a whole new level, it will come back 10X Wouldn’t be able to do it without Earon getting me out of my comfort zone and going for it, everyone have a great day, and let’s make some money🔥🏠
