Research suggests the impact varies based on factors like gender, BMI, and how much you drink. • Men and those with higher BMIs may notice a greater hunger-suppressing effect.🤤 • Dose matters. Three to four cups seem to work better than just one or two. 😳 However, coffee isn’t for everyone. If you have any underlying health conditions, consult your physician to ensure coffee is a safe choice for you. What works for one person might not work for another! I mainly use coffee to wake up and just have one but 2 if I’m pretty sleepy.
