What’s the best course for me, In here right now?
Wondering if there’s a best “how to get in front of your peeps” thing, in here that Mariah offers? I’ve got several things built out already. I need to get my opt-in in front of a ton more people. And I also want to convert my already built coaching program (& it’s course) into an evergreen offer that’s by extension from the opt-in as well. (I’m a new coach but have been coached for years and I’ma 7 year RN). I know that my coaching and course (s-I have had another course that also changed lives). I know they’re effective! And I’m confident In my sales calls and about closing if they are a good fit. I’m looking at all of the offers she has and wanting help choosing, basically. ❤️ someone who knows her courses really well, please help!? :) @Mariah Coz

Map Your Model. Or if you know which type of offer you're creating or launching next then Launch Your Digital Product, Evergreen Engines, High Ticket Hybrid, or Monetize.
Coors to Champagne Transition
My business model is currently time for money self-employment as a consultant. I just made a content outline for 2025 with champagne in mind. I decided to start charging significantly more for my time as I transition. I get inquiries regularly from "Coors" leads who now could not afford my new rates. Many cannot afford my lower rates either, even though I accept credit cards and PayPal. I don't advertise my rates. I have a free consultation Zoom call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I have a big heart and want to serve everyone. How do I tell them no? Or do I let the new Champagne copy and content do the work? Do I scratch transitioning, stop taking new clients altogether, and focus entirely on quickly making low pricepoint evergreen content?

I've got so much to say on all of this because I went through it when I started my online business journey a decade ago as a health coach, so I'm going to sum up a few key points, but let me know if you want more or have questions on anything. First, stay away from deciding what any individual can or cannot afford, that's not your business. Plus, you never know what their financial situation is or how resourceful they can be. If you think about it from a client perspective it's actually quite insulting. Imagine finding out that a coach/service provider you want to work with believes you can't afford their rates...it doesn't feel good, does it? Don't stop transitioning (or doing anything that is right for you) because some people can't/won't come along the journey. If you're not doing the work you really want to be doing then you can't have the impact you want to make. Do you have an application process before people get on a call with you? If not, I'd add one. It helps avoid getting on calls with people who aren't the right fit for your offer. If price is something that continually comes up and during this transition period while you're shifting your content and messaging, you might even want to add a little check box on the form that gives you're 1:1 starting rate and asks if they're ready to make an investment at that level. This can be very helpful. You tell people who aren't a fit for your 1:1 that it's not a good fit and direct them to your other content. If you're filling up your days with discounted services then you aren't going to be able to build out an offer suite that serves 100s, 1000s, or more are you? So by saying yes to people who aren't a fit for your new private packages, you're saying no to building offers that could help them and many more. I hope that helps.
I want to make a private podcast, similar to Mariah's
Anyone know the simplest way to create this? I think @Mariah Coz once said she just records in Zoom, grabs the audio file, and...? What platform is the easiest to turn an audio file into a podcast? And if I want a private one...?

I record using the voice memo app on my phone and do a quick edit in Audacity before distributing. There are so many features in Audacity that I don't even attempt to use, but it's super easy for cutting out long pauses. If I start saying something then flub it and want to redo just that bit I'll clap so there's a spike in the sound profile alerting me to where I need to edit out a section.

@Mariana Henninger I'm with you on this one. Personally, I'm craving more depth, more meaning, more humanness in content and I'm seeing it with people in my community as well.
