𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱-𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 Actionable Steps: Small acts of kindness that create a ripple effect of positivity for both the giver and receiver. Be The Giver than The Taker. Here are some examples you can try: 1. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 💥Compliment a colleague’s work or effort. 💥Leave a kind note or send a positive text to a friend or family member. 💥Encourage someone who seems down by sharing something positive about them. 2. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: 💥Offer to help a coworker with a task they might be struggling with. 💥Assist an elderly neighbor with groceries or yard work. 💥Participate in a community clean-up or local charity event. 3. 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: 💥Surprising someone with their favorite coffee or snack. 💥Donate gently used clothes or items to a local shelter or charity. 💥Leave a treat or thank you note for the delivery person. 4. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 💥 Take time to listen to someone’s concerns or stories without interrupting or judging. 💥 Show genuine interest in others’ experiences and offer support. 5. 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: 💥Smile at people you pass by, even strangers—it’s contagious! 💥 Say "thank you" often and sincerely to those around you, whether it’s waitstaff, coworkers, or loved ones. 6. 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: 💥 Comment positively on a friend’s social media post. 💥Write a positive review or send feedback for a helpful service or business. By incorporating these acts into your daily routine, you can build stronger connections and spread positivity. #BecomingLimitless #Mind-shiftChallenge #Positivity #BeTheLight #CoachAnnNjogu #Community

Embrace the Suck: Choosing GROWTH Over COMFORT!🔥
Comfort is defined as: “A state of physical ease and freedom from pain or constraint.” Sounds pleasant, right? But let’s break it down... Comfort is essentially the absence of Growth. If comfort is freedom from pain, then growth must live on the other side…in the realm of PAIN. The truth is, my Lesser Self loves comfort. It craves that easy, pain-free path. But my Heroic Self? That self is born out of pain. It’s through facing the tough stuff head-on that I discover my limits, then break through them. Pain, discomfort, struggle...these aren’t obstacles. They’re the building blocks of becoming who I’m truly meant to be. When faced with pain, I see two options: Option 1: Let my Lesser Self take charge, shrink back, avoid the struggle, and sink into comfort. Option 2: Embrace the Heroic Self, meet pain with resilience, face discomfort head-on, and grow stronger every day. Choosing Option 2 means leaning into the pain and discovering how to become comfortable being uncomfortable. It’s where true growth lives! How You Can Apply This: 1. Identify Your Comfort Zone: Recognize areas in your life where you’re choosing ease over challenge. 2. Choose the Hard Path: When faced with discomfort, intentionally choose to push through it. Each time, it will get a bit easier. 3. Embrace the Suck: Don’t fear the struggle—embrace it as a sign you’re on the path to growth.💪 True growth…in business and in life…doesn’t happen when we’re comfortable! Taking that next step in marketing or building a business is about committing to push through discomfort and discovering what we're truly capable of. Often, the only way to scale, build a community, or create a movement is by leaning into challenges, embracing uncertainty, and taking action even when it feels uncomfortable. Reaching the next level means stepping into uncharted territory…Embracing the Struggle in Pursuit of Something Extraordinary! When you lean into discomfort, you’re not just moving forward; you’re uncovering a whole new version of yourself along the way...

🔥When Imposter Syndrome Follows You Home 🔥
Imposter syndrome isn’t just a business struggle; it shows up in parenting, too. It’s that nagging feeling that you’re not measuring up, even when you’re giving your best. But here’s the truth: You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to show up with heart and consistency. 👉 Why Imposter Syndrome Is Lying to You: Your family isn’t looking for perfection; they’re looking for you. Imposter syndrome tricks you into feeling like you’re not enough. But every small act of love, support, and guidance you show is proof you are exactly who they need. 3 Ways to Fight Back 💥 1. Acknowledge Your Wins – Small victories matter. Did you listen? Encourage? Show up after a long day? These aren’t “small” moments; they’re proof of your commitment. 2. Redefine Success – Forget the flawless ideal and focus on being present. Your unique heart and strength are what your family values. 3. Get Fierce About Self-Belief – Challenge those negative thoughts and replace them with reminders of what you bring. You’re growing every day—and that growth is what inspires your family. HINT: Use these same Ideas to win the battle in business too!

loved every bit of Day 1 and can't wait to learn so much more today from Russell and his awesome team of amazing people. My goal is to become a better person and a inspiration to others from the skills that I learn from this online selling event. As a sufferer of CPTSD I loved Russell's demonstrations about the psychology aspect of the human brain and how to change limiting beliefs and to rewrite the story as this is just the same in the world of overcoming a life of trauma from many years of abuse from domestic violence. Learning about the hypnotic rhythm is super interesting and empowering on so many levels. Overcoming fear is such a huge part of my life as have being living in a flight, fight and freeze state for many years and i really enjoyed the calming the lizard idea and will uses this in my everyday life with my daughters to help them as well to understand their trauma responses.
