New Lease on Life 😄
Hi Wing Chun Community, Hope everyone had an awesome Sunday. I would like everyone to know how blessed I feel that I've been training here for about three months unfer Sifu John and the other Wing Chun senior students. My life has improved so much in all aspects of my life. I wake up in the morning 🌅 feeling a since of Joy and Love for the world 🌍 and I'm excited to see what the day brings 😊. Before I started my journey with Sifu John my life was in shambles. My health was really on the decline, I had the worse joint pain in my knees and ankles, some days I could barely walk. I was living on pain killers so I could just survive a days work were I would come home and just be so tired and exhausted from the pain in my body. I would hardly go out to see friends and Family because I gained alot of weight and was afraid of judgement from everyone. So all I would do is sleep all weekend and feel depressed and frustrated with my situation. In the space of three months through the teachings and daily practice of letting go, Alignment of Vibrations and Kung Fu I've turn my life around dramatically. My joint, knee, ankle and back pain have all disappeared with out using pain killers. Im training Kung Fu every day and I hit the gym at least 5 times a week 😊. I've lost nearly 8 kg without dieting. My hypertension is gone and I don't crave fast food any more. I'm starting to really enjoy my life by going out with friends and spending time with family. I can now run around and play with my son Finny again 😊 with out being in pain and getting tired so easily. My work has gotten easier because I've stop stressing and trying to force the outcome, but I've just learnt to let go and go with the flow a bit more 😊 Thank you so much for letting me share a part of my story. I would encourage everyone to share their Journey and let us know in the community what positive things has happened in your life since starting training in the Academy 😊 😊 😊 Sending Peace, Love and Joy to everyone ✌️ ❤️ 💯

My Training Log 10th of June Practice 1. Woke up early did State training, SLT, Chum Kui and Alignment Meditation. Missed Online training due to work commitments but will watch the repeat when available. 😊 2. Week 1 Clarity again lesson 1 with Mediation. 3. Today I will Achieve all 3 WC forms, Breath Qigong, 12 Cycles Qigong, ankle strengthening Exercises and Chest weight session tonight 4. Commit to the 10 pm online class tonight with Sifu John and other members 💯 💪 🔥
