I’ve been on vacation and totally off my normal routine. Last night I took time to do 20 mins of resonate breathing and it helped recenter me. Celebrating coming back to myself and my breath even through a chaotic schedule!

I currently live in Santa Teresa Costa Rica. My business is my life's passion. I want to share the power of the breath and the methods I have personally benefitted from massively with the world. #2 - What I want out of this community is to be of service... I want to connect, build community, learn about you, and help guide you on your path of growth the best I can. #3 - I love backcountry camping and solitude in nature. Hi! I’m Mollie, from Syracuse, NY. I work in marketing. I am hoping to meet like-minded people (I don’t have any family or friends who are interested in breath science) as well as learn new skills, increase my CO2 tolerance, and learn more about how to improve breathing mechanics. Currently I struggle with consistency. I’ll do really well in maintaining a practice and then fall off for a while. I love animals more than life itself and volunteer with an animal sanctuary in my spare time. Looking forward to getting to know y’all!
