Please post weight loss wins in our community thread to share your success with the rest of the community! In the fitness module, I go over macros and calorie intake, sleep, and exercise techniques for losing weight and gaining muscle. I take a deep dive into the science behind fat loss and muscle protein synthesis, and I tabulated action steps in each video. I will be posting much more in the coming weeks. I have roughly 3 hours of content posted so far but by the end of this course I will have around 10-15 hours of free fitness content available to all of our community members.
