My Skills: - Financial Literacy with Small Business ownership - I have helped build businesses from scratch: the brand, the website, marketing materials, and have managed pricing and tax returns. I have helped individuals go from their 9-5 to making much more in their self starter. - Balancing a budget - It comes with the territory but I'm good at "minding my business" when it comes to Profit and Loss management. - Microsoft Excel Report Building - whether it is tracking budgets or creating basic inventory management sheets, I can help! Do you ever feel stuck? It's the same old "Where to start...?" I have found that overcoming a lot of life's problem is (cue the yawn...) MINDSET. It is literally just changing little bits of the internal monologue you have. Instead of "I can't afford that" - change it to "How can I afford that?" Instead of "I am not experienced enough to start that project" - change it to "How can I gather the skills needed to start that project?" Mindset is such an overused term. It has now become a turn-off for me when reading entrepreneurial posts. But having read a bit into NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), the way we speak becomes our truth. "I can't afford that" is a closed statement. It offers no opportunity for growth or change. "How can I afford that?" - This question changes the game completely. You want it hard enough? You will find a way. I am by no means perfect... I am human. But sometimes a self-audit is needed to check that you are opening yourself up to opportunities, rather than dismissing on first opportunity. For me, I am pursuing education and qualifications as much as I can right now. I want to be in my knowledge consumption era. 💰 Money can always be seen as a barrier.... but what would you be capable do if you changed the way you spoke about the opportunities in front of you?
