Not knowing what one really wants and why they want it. I find that the doing part is easy once I know what I want and why. The opposite is just as true. No amountof doing "the right" things will get me "the" result... since I have no real result that I truly want in mind.

Having a difficult time writing in the app... it seems as soon as I want to correct something, I loose the keyboard. 3rd attempt. 8 months in and been on leave from work for about 4 of those months, even with all the good, the body and mind needed a break from a job I don't really enjoy. I am in healing mode... so not the fastest results in all gategories. I am down about 40lbs (18kg), stalled at 205-207lbs for about 3 months. Goal to be lean and around 175-180... or stay at 200 and be lean... that is a lot of muscle I need to build. Goal is to get there by February of next year (180 lean) Energy and sleep are still an issue. I have developped vitiligo since I was in my teens, now 44... I want that to be healed as well. Joint pains are back in the last 3 months or so, so getting rid of that is also a goal. I got passed the sugar really fast, but now I see that I have a difficulty with Xilitol and Stevia. I don't know if they are causing issues, but I know I have been consuming more and more in the ladt few weeks and I can't stop. I also started eating salami... I had a craving for what my Grand father used to make... but the store bought stuff has... unwanted elements such as Dextrose and I have been craving it also... the sugar addiction is subtle but still present. That is a goal... the only "vice" left food wise. I am 185 cm tall. I am from Canada. Love the content Anthony! Tha k you for making this part free for all!
