Important. I need your help.
Some stuff came up recently about a friend of mine. Guy was a super soldier. Fucking kicked ass on missions and was a brother to me and everyone on the teams. Literally the best fucking guy. He killed himself. His wife cheated, he went through some shit, and long story short he is dead now by his own hands. This happens to a man I know at least a few times EACH YEAR. In 2019 before another tour to Afghanistan I saw some facebook messages from an old friend I served with; just popped in my feed. He's just an awesome dude. His messages were red flags to me so I posted in an old unit page, said there was an emergency and I needed his personal number because I had lost it over the years. Couldn't get a hold of him. I called his girlfriend at the time through facebook. She answered, and brought her phone to him as he was in the other room. When I called he had a gun to his head. He heard his child and girl in the background and couldn't pull the trigger yet. My call stopped it. We talked. I coached him. He got rid of the girlfriend and turned things around and now runs a private security company worth a few million and is very successful. The girlfriend had tragically killed herself with drugs shortly after the incident, and happened to have been a major source of his problems. Her inability to recover and all that went with it had drained his life to a point where he was staring down the barrel of a gun. Unfortunatily addicts don't understand how much they take from those who care about them. And they will never get it until they get clean. He got very lucky. __________________________________________________ I think about my friends that died. Here I am, a goddam expert in the very area he was struggling in, and I didn't get a single phone call to where I could have absolutely turned them around. And then I look at my business as I sit in a very small niche with a small following, and then at the fact that 304 white claw hour and super car cool guys and chicks that playcate to broken guys who say entertaining things all have millions of subscribers and followers. My old friends knew about those other people I am sure, and yet they wouldn't even know what I do because my lack of branding and marketing. And because of my integrity (a good thing) and because of my lack of marketing and branding (a bad thing) I have such a small imprint that many of my own fucking friends and people who know me wouldn't all think to call me in a crisis, or join one of my programs when we could all turn it around in a zoom call or community post.

I want to echo Michael K’s great comments. Here is my testimonial: We are lucky that Paul has chosen this mission he’s on. This is a guy with such valuable real world observations and experience, and such a fine mind. Paul is able to take scientific knowledge and trenchant insights, cut through the popular narrative, and communicate about the things that drive human beings - that is, men and women - influencing at a profound level the lives we lead. Again, we are lucky to have him. He’s a great teacher, and a rare one. Mike M

Great to be on board for this course. Have really enjoyed the other Apex courses, including Alpha Mindset. Have gotten a lot out of them.

Thanks and likewise, thanks for the good word
How is the homework coming?
Have you guys been doing your homework? Have you been observing people and cold reading them? Did you write your 3-5 sentence "story" fitting with your seduction scenario, and then rewrite them 3x as "cold" "medium" and "hot"? What questions or struggles are you having? Post them! Got anything you would like to share before Sunday so I can help you out? We are going to work on things like tone, delivery, pacing, body language, questions, etc on future calls so I don't want you to get behind.

At a bookstore on the main street in my town, a woman is standing not far from me at a book display table. She reaches for a book and begins looking over its book cover, reading the description. Me: That's an interesting book. Her: Oh...(She looks toward me, and we establish eye contact. I do so in a non-threatening way with a small smile, I meet her gaze but don't try to hold it. My body language and posture are good, but non-threatening.) Me: Yeah, I like the author - he's from overseas, but moved here when he was a kid. He's got an interesting perspective, very dry. He's funny, you'll like him. Her: Wow, that sounds interesting. Me: I think so...It's always great to hear different perspectives, like this guy's. He's funny and really insightful. Really interesting perspectives - I think you can get that through reading good stuff; you get that through travel, too, I think. I love travel... Her: Me too, I love travel, want to do more - hey, have you ever been to that country? Me: Yeah, actually, I was once there for work back in the nineties - really interesting then. Have you ever thought about travelling there? Cold: I like that you're interested in that place. It has such an amazing culture, but a really tough history. That you're interested in travel, in a complex place like that, that says a lot about you. I'm curious, you like to trave - where would you like to travel next? Medium: You know, you're interest in travel, and in an author like this one - that tells me you're comfortable in yourself and confident, pretty thoughtful, and very open. You like what you like... Hot: You know, you strike me as someone who's interested in travel, good writing, good writers, and interesting places. I think that person, a person like you, has an interest in savoring experiences and encounters, having transporting ones, maybe spontaneous ones, utterly pleasurable, maybe.
