🚀How I Created The Most Engaged Community on Skool
47% of my paid community are level 6 and above. Read that again. Everyone on my 30-day leaderboard has the fire streak. All of them. We are #44 in overall activity, but with 1/10th the amount of people😂 Do I have your attention now? Perfect, let's begin. Here's everything I did to create psycho engagement, so that you can too. 1. Incentivized the fire streak. I created a win-win by promoting a special monthly Zoom ONLY for members with an active fire streak. Exclusivity breads competition and people love it, plus the goal is to simply provide them some value and then get feedback for what we can do better. After all, they are the most active... 2. Create an internal games. This has become a hot topic, because it works. I believe I systematized mine well enough that others can copy, so I will share a full post on them soon. Again, let them compete. 3. Create... actual community. Make people want to talk to each other. I have everyone schedule at least 3 calls with other members during onboarding. They make friends (that aren't me) and want to show up more to hangout with their friends. 4. Gamify the leaderboards. Again becoming more common, because it too works. The kicker? ACTUALLY offer things they want. If you don't know, dive into your own community and figure it out. 5. Lead by example. This one is huge, I make sure everyone in my community knows that for every hour they put in I do double. If you can't be outworked it will motivate the living crap out of everyone else to level up with you. 6. Onboarding. I didn't do this for a while, whoops. My main goal when onboarding is to give people a CTA for a quick win. Go do this, then come back to me. That way they start off on the right foot. 7. COPY WHATS ALREADY WORKING. I saved the best for last. I watch people like @Calvin Hollywood , @Max Perzon @Andrew Kirby and copy the crap out of them. Business is systematic, and as much as I try to convince myself my situation is special it isn't. If the wheel already rolls I'll just roll with it. @Sam Ovens @Wiktor Romanowicz
