@Eric Howell just posted a great tip about group focus which is lacking here. My bad. @Ian Fenwick has a good category with his mushroom group. How would you niche down. Mike has this idea to Help People and they will pay him $$ Lame for sure. He IS thinking about it at least. 🤔 Poll question. Would you prefer getting a email when I post? Is it okay to email if I think you need to see it ASAP? Or would you drop out of the group if I emailed you? Finally, I have a Swipe File category with the tips I think are worthwhile to read. Thanks See you in the hallway or classes.

@Ian Fenwick spit balling niches here. I hope it's okay I make these kinds of suggestions. I want to keep my first member. 👍 People who are: - Beginners and want to Grow 1 kind of commercial mushroom, and market to a small group of specialty markets. - Growers that want to know how to get setup to grow. - Advanced growers that have too much inventory and need new markets. Want to scale up.

I am digging around finding words of wisdom from so many people here on Skool. I decided to save them here for our group. I think of it as building a swipe file. If you share with your peeps Please be sure to credit the original poster. It's fair and a polite thing to do. Thank you, Michelle McCartney for sharing your tips. I literally always let them know that I like to get some information before I schedule the call. What is your biggest pain point? What are your goals? How do you measure those goals? What is the time frame you'd like to achieve those goals? What is your budget to achieve those goals? I just straight out ask them. If they avoid the budget question, I just flat out tell them that I need to know the budget to ensure that I can provide the services that they will need to achieve their goals and that I need that information now so that I don't waste their time on a phone call. But honestly, not being open about their budget is also a red flag. It means that they don't want you to know how much money they can spend on this.

Getting @Michelle McCartney tips organized for myself. Before she gets on a call with a prospect she asks questions. What is your biggest pain point? So much more to explore here. Next goals. What are your goals? How do you measure those goals? What is the time frame you'd like to achieve those goals? What is your budget to achieve those goals? If they avoid the budget question, she just flat out tells them that It's a need to know to ensure she can provide the services they will need to achieve their goals and won't waste their time on the phone call.
