Authenticity aka the unique you
How do y’all manage to bring your very own unique voice to the online space? Although I have great ideas and things to say, I often feel it’s been said already by like a gazillion people. Happy to hear your feedback on this ❤️

@April Moor I think the filter issue is a great point. I don’t struggle with it personally but most stories I see have a filter on them (it usually says along the top). And yes, I agree with you - I think not using filters is a big part of being authentic. However, I do understand the pressure we might feel to look a certain way. It’s really a pity that our culture in general Is so obsessed with looks (rather than health and happiness)

@April Moor yeah it must be intense for younger people. However, there are also tons of accounts out there that are body positive, showing normal bodies and how influencers pose for example to show themselves in a better angle. ❤️
Brand Name
Hi everyone, I do actually have a brand name. I had spent some time brainstorming a while back and even have a website with the same name already up and running. Funnily enough it does fit the points that Fritz mentioned in his video. So, the name I chose is WildJoyCoaching I’m a holistic coach, I take mind, body and soul into account. My target audience are people who want to heal from their patterns/habits/negative spirals through coaching, yoga, nutrition. “Wild” represents the steps through which we can become wild and free (from patterns etc) again and experience “Joy” in life. Although I would target anyone, my holistic coaching clients are women. I do have private clients (male) who focus on flexibility/mobility (literally just that though). So I guess, the next step for me would be to narrow down the target audience? I think because I offer so many different services, people can mix and match… which kinda takes away from the holistic approach I’d like to promote. I find it hard to narrow down my target audience because there’s no ONE goal that unites my clients, they don’t want to lose weight or get a six pack, it’s much more nuanced and individual. I’m grateful for any kind of feedback on the name and target audience and anything else pretty much. Thank you

What are your programmes like?
Hi everyone, Maybe some of you do have Programme packages up and running. I’d be very happy to hear about your experiences. I have not set up any kind of Programme package yet but I’m very intrigued. I see a lot of “1 year containers” being sold in the holistic/spiritual mental health and general wellness space. But what could these packages entail? Potentially: - Weekly or biweekly calls - Availability via WhatsApp in case of struggles between calls - Specific topics in the form of journal prompts etc Feel free to share your thoughts. Very grateful for your feedback

@Jeovanni Perez sounds great to me!
How do you stand out in a crowded Online Fitness space?
This is how I stood out when I first started 6 years ago, even though I had no followers, no money, I was 21 years old and my english was broken 😅 If I can do it, you can too! 🚀

Hi there everyone, I’m Mei, born and raised in Germany but living everywhere in the world for the past 15 years. Currently based in Malta - a tiny island state in the Mediterranean. I’m a certified yoga teacher with 7+ years of experience, a life coach with a background in psychology (bachelor) and philosophy (masters). I’m fully plant-based and I took a very interesting short course called “plant-based nutrition in clinical practice” last year which deepened my understanding of eating plant-based significantly. I’ve joined this group because I was curious to see what it’s about, to meet like-minded people and to grow as a coach within the online sphere (which I find very difficult). I love traveling (33 countries ✅) and adventures, seeing new places, learning new things (hoping to start my PhD this year) and just a sucker for life in general ❤️ My office is everywhere, I work with people in yoga studios, gyms and online via call.
