Why I’m NOT Creating an English-Speaking Community
When planning my Skool community, I had to make a tough decision: should I do it in English or French? 🤷🏻 As someone who’s fluent in English but a native French speaker, this was a challenging choice. But after weighing a few key factors, the decision became much clearer. You’d think more customers mean a bigger market, and that means more money, right? Well, I decided to do things differently, and here’s why I chose French 🇫🇷: 1. Smaller market, less competition – The French-speaking market has fewer people offering what I’m building, which makes it easier for me to stand out and connect with the right audience. 2. Skool is still new in France – Since Skool isn’t as popular in France yet, I can be an early mover and position myself before the space gets crowded. 3. Competitive advantage – Being fluent in English gives me access to top-tier content that most of my French competitors aren’t consuming, giving me a 2-3 step advantage. Personal takeaway: I realized that competing in the English-speaking market would be an uphill battle for me—there’s so much noise and competition. By choosing French, I can speak more naturally, feel more confident on video, and deliver content that resonates deeply with my audience. I’d rather be great in French than average in English! If you’re facing a similar dilemma, I hope this helps! Don’t just chase the bigger market—focus on where you can provide the most value and be your best self. Don’t be the second @Alex Hormozi, or the second @Sam Ovens … be the first you 👑. P.S. — And if you where reading this while imagining my voice with a French accent… like this post pleazze!

These 2 German Dudes Made $2 Million on Skool (Plz Copy Them)
@Maximilian Saal and @Eric Steigner launched their community with no course, no audience and no plan. 9 months later, they've made over 2 million dollars using The Pioneer Group Method.™ In this episode, they share the EXACT step-by-step blueprint of how they did it so you can COPY their strategy and apply it to your niche.

@Mike Lawson sounds great. :) How are you going to find online educators with ADHD?

$1,615,271.25 With 1 Community Since Nov 2023
Hey Skool Community, @Eric Steigner and I would like to share our latest success story from Germany with you... ... and our 2 biggest take aways, so you can replicate what we are doing (if you like). :) We started with our Community "Mission 5" in November 2023. Since then we've made $1,615,271.25 with just ONE community - all with STRANGERS and NO brand. The peak was in July (this month) with 440K Euros in revenue (see screenshot attached). That's roughly $478K. 🔥 And, we have 4 additional communities that made around $900k on top this year. THE COOL THING: We use the same strategy in all 5 of them!👇 1️⃣ Cold ads: We use Meta ads to generate traffic 2️⃣ Live webinars (monthly) 1. About 1 hour of content on a new approach to an existing problem (in our case, a new approach to predictable client acquisition for business owners) 2. We break this down into 3 steps and teach the new strategy 3. Then we pitch a high-ticket community ($3k+ per year) as a one-time payment (where we help implementing the new strategy and give access to the perfect environment - our community) 3️⃣ Sales calls (where we check, if the person is a good fit for our community or not) It's that simple! 💬 OUR 2 BIGGEST TAKE AWAYS (so far): 1. High-ticket is easier to sell than low-ticket: A higher one-time payment with annual renewal is easier to sell than monthly recurring payments (and more fun, and more cash). 2. Pioneer groups: We work with pioneer groups. That means: We sell our offer (our community) first & create then content afterwards. We communicate this clearly and even sell it as a bonus, because the pioneer group can help shape the product. This way, you get paid for creating the content and growing the community Feel free to contact us if you have any questions - we are happy to help and share everything! :) Greetings from Germany, Max and Eric 🔥 PS: Special thanks to @Sam Ovens & @Jesse Clark - everything started with Wetube in '22 🙏

Why aren't you participating in the membership challenge?
The Membership challenge is underway. Some people are on track to make $15k MRR ($180k /year). Why aren't you participating? I'm curious...

All of my clients already are on a payment plan through Digistore24. And, almost half uses bank transfer instead of credit card.
🙋‍♂️ Help needed: How to turn a free community into a paid one?
I just hit 1,000 members in my free community and that’s a big milestone 🥳 But the value that people get from the community is pretty insane. That got me thinking if I turn this community for new members into a low ticket community and the existing members will stay for free in there as being the „Founding members“. Did anyone do this step and has some experiences? Option 2: Create a new paid community but that would mean double the effort in terms of live calls + workshops etc. Looking forward to any case studies or learnings!
