Because we made a crazy decision 1 week into December to go all out for THIS month’s competition. Do we have an audience? No. Had we ever run ads before? No. Did we have a free community? No. 😳 But…. In the last 14 days, we've generated $9,000, grown our free community to 153 members (all with a new ad account), and hosted 2 JV webinars! 🤯 It’s still going to be an insane last 7 days to win this thing….but there’s a bigger reason for me. We want to make history. Change what the Skool Games landscape looks like. Because as a woman of color, and a single mother, there are two worlds that aren’t represented much on skool. But ok ok… Everyone I know is asking: “How the heck are you going to do that, Maureen?” We have something of a plan 👇 We’re going crazy to try and find 1 more affiliate, double our ad spend, post content every day, and do daily webinars. (I guess I’ll celebrate Christmas next year lol) 🧑‍🎄 So if anyone's feeling festive, and has a strategy they could help us become a part of Skool history as a massive underdog, please share it. December won’t be a vacation month for me… I have: - No Audience - Only 5 members in my free community - Currently working 40+ hours a week at my 9-5 But I’ve seen too much. Too many stories of brand new communities, and entrepreneurs with 0 audience win the games. I’ve seen TOO MUCH to back out of what might be my last chance to win. The competition has gotten intense, and transparently, I’ve already gone and told everyone in my life I was competing in this months insane competition. So now the rubber has met the road 🏁 My strategy? - I have an ads team going crazy to optimize my cold traffic - I’m filling my free community where I’ll run massive webinars - A copywriter is helping me finally tap into my email list  - And I’m partnering with creators from around the world The collection of minds on this platform is unlike anywhere else in the world. You’ve already seen the posts fangirling over Skool, and I’m not going to do that, but I do think some people will agree that what we used to think was “realistic” has been completely changed by the Skool games. So far I’ve got 18 people in our paid, and have made my first few thousand dollars on Skool. And this month I want to change history in a way that hasn’t been done yet. If you’ve got a goal, don’t let circumstances keep you in a box of what’s “realistic” Just go for it. And worst case? You grow your business. Best case? You create financial freedom for your family, get to spend more time with your daughter, and prove everyone from your hometown wrong… Lets get it! 🚀
