Automate updating Sales-CRM
Hi all—I've been struggling with managing the leads that booked a meeting and updating the CRM. I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: I made a scenario on make.com to automate this. It does the following: - Triggers when a meeting gets booked. - It searches inside my CRM for the email that is used. - If the email exists, it will update the Cliënt data and set status to "Meeting Booked". - Otherwise it will send me a email notification that i have a new lead that i have to look into. - And will also create a new cliënt withing the CRM based on the information thats filled in at Calendly. All i have to do now is check the CRM if the email doesn't exist. Hope this helps you 🙏

Can somebody help please, I want to start my cold email campaing and I'm wondering for 50 email account how many domains I should buy( I know I can make unlimited subdomains from a domain but one guy that I saw on YT said he buy 15-17 domains for 50 emails accounts)

What i do is make a maximum of 3 email adresses per domain to ensure the reputation stays good. So that would mean that you would need 15-17 domains like you sais. Quick tip. Use a hosting reseller package. Saves money because you van put all the domains / emails on that reseller package. ;)
