👁️Apperception Academy & What to expect this month
Over the last few months (in monk mode), I’ve been working day and night on a huge project for you guys. One of the big pieces is a Dopamine Control course. Some of you may have noticed the sneak peek inside the classroom section. It is a full guide on how to go from Digital Distraction 📱 to Peak Productivity ✍️ It will cover everything from dopamine, detoxing, digital minimalism, and habits to purpose, direction, goal setting, time management, flow state, deep work, and much more. The other big thing I've been working on is building a new community called Apperception Academy: Gain Focus in A World Of Distractions. Inside the academy, I will personally be hosting a live Q&A session every week where you can pick your brain on whatever you like, monthly planning and reflection rituals, specialized lectures, and more. In addition to those things, the Academy is where you will be able to find the full course for Dopamine Control once it is finished recording. Week One/Module 1 of the course will be COMPLETELY FREE and will be available to everyone inside of Apperception Alliance. I have designed it so that you DO NOT need to upgrade to get insane value out of the course. The first week alone has hours of content inside. Who is your biggest inspiration right now?
I'm curious to know who are some of your guy's inspirations/who you look up to most and why you look up to them. I really look up to Ali Abdaal currently because I admire the amount of influence and community he has been able to build in such a short amount of time as well as his business success and character.

No matter how hard life gets, remember this. "This too shall pass" You must understand that good times and bad times are both temporary. The difficult thing you are suffering through will pass, as difficult things have passed for those before you.

I needed this, I've been dealing with a reoccurring injury for over a year that makes it difficult to stay consistent with my fitness goals. It seems like every time I recover and start to get fit again, it comes back and that it will never stop. I know consistency is important but this is making it impossible and my motivation to continue is low. But it will pass eventually

I'm Mateo, my main goals are to get a lot faster, deepen my faith and find something to work towards in my newly found free time so it's not wasted. I am going to stay consistent with my training and fitness. And I'm not sure how I'm going to accomplish my last goal but it involves not wasting time and working to find out.
