Doors Closed: Brand-New MindGym (FREE) Under Construction
After running the MindGym (FREE) for 3 months we're now ranked #42 of all Skool communities in the "Sports" category. That's nice, but I want us to be #1 (I still got the competitive edge). We've also grown to 937 members so thank you all for your engagement. I've learned what works and more importantly, what doesn't. One thing I know for sure: Swimmers who don't take action, won't see the results they are secretly hoping to have. And I'm going to raise the bar for everyone to BECOME AN ACTION TAKER because that's the kind of coach I want to be. And it's also how you will succeed in life after swimming. By being an ACTION TAKER. The MindGym (FREE) will be closed for new members for a couple of days until I'm done with the remodeling. Can't wait to show you all!! David P.S. All live trainings are happening like scheduled (check the calendar tab). We have a special guest on Sunday that you don't want to miss.

Hello 👋, How do you stay motivated to swim regularly, especially on tough days?

So, staying pumped to swim every day can be a real drag, especially when you’re feeling tired or just not in the mood. Here’s what helps me: - Set some goals: Having something to aim for keeps me fired up. I set short-term goals and long-term goals, like getting faster or nailing a new technique. I chat about them with my dad before training to get hyped. - Find a swim buddy: Having someone to train with makes it way more fun and pushes you to work harder. - Blast some tunes: Music can really get you in the zone and make the time fly by. - Reward yourself: When I smash a goal or have a killer session, I treat myself to something cool, like a new swimsuit or a vinyl record. My parents are usually the ones buying it, though. Haha! - Remember why you started: Sometimes you forget why you got into swimming in the first place. Taking a moment to think about your reasons can really help. On those days when it’s tough, I try to focus on getting better, not just winning. Every training session is a chance to improve, even if it’s a killer workout. I also try to make it fun by listening to music or joking around with my mates. Remember, it’s okay to have off days. The main thing is to keep showing up and putting in the effort. And don’t forget, my dad’s always watching me, so I know he’ll let me know if I’m slacking off!
The Ultimate Pre-Race Checklist for Nationals🏅
***IMPORTANT UPDATE: Add the Live Training directly to Your Calendar*** You know how pilots have a pre-flight checklist before they take off? They know it can be the difference between a smooth flight and a disaster. Well, for Short-Course Nationals, every second matters just as much. If you’re ready to walk up to that block with unshakable confidence—no jitters, no doubts—then join me in 8 days. I’m hosting a 45-minute live training on Zoom, where I’ll take you step-by-step through the exact pre-competition checklist I use with my private clients. You’ll know exactly what to do before every race, so you’re in control of your performance. No overthinking, no hesitation—just full speed ahead. Drop a 🔥 below, and I’ll DM you the link to register. Spots are limited to 30 swimmers or swimmer parents.

VOTE NOW: What's your BIG DREAM for swimming?
Don't want to scare you but after the summer holidays I'll personally go through all members and REMOVE who's not active in the community... There are 10-20 new members who want to join each day and I want to make sure that we only have committed swimmers (and swimmer parents) in here. I'd rather have a small and engaged group than a large group of #LURKERS. The point of our community is to ask questions, share experiences and support each other because that's how we can all hit our goals. So show me that your an #ActionTaker and let's gooo!! 🧨

@David Naydenov every day aim is to beat my self, but a dream is for me something that I aim in long term. Like to be selected for European or World Champs or Olympics. Ultimate goal is to beat WR.
Introduce yourself :)
Welcome, welcome to the community 👋 🏊 I promise you that I'll teach you exactly how the sports psychologist of Michael Phelps (Dr. Jim Bauman) helped me overcome my pre-race anxiety and turned me from an OK-ish swimmer into an Olympian and Swiss record holder in less than 1 year. But first... Pls, introduce yourself :) Let's goooooo! 🚀 P.S. Vote on your swimming dream. How big can you dream?
