Also your core for stabilization and also hitting the ball hard. I would say especially lower back. But training your core in general will help and will help with not becoming injured
Strength Training
I want to start weight Training besides my usuall Volleyball practice, but I don't know when. I have Training 3-4 Times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) and sometimes especially from autum to spring I will have my games frequently on the weekends. I am struggling with muscel soreness after practice, but also don't wanna do it before practice because I don't want to go into practice already having no energy left. Does anybody have any idea about how I can manage doing strength training and Volleyball practice and still be aple to perform my best at both?

You might want to give yourselve a bit more space and dont stand directly on the middle line while doing it, because you dont want your arm to hit the net everytime you spike.

I don't know if you still need some advice, but one thing that helped me was just to remember who was next to me and directly behind me, which is pretty easy. Because let's say you are standing on position 3, that would mean that the position two is on the right of you if you are facing the net and position 4 is on your left, with position 6 being behind you. You can't stand more left than the player on position 4 neither can you stand more right then the player on position 2. You also can't stand behind the player on position 6. This might not help you with learning each rotation on the system, but it will help you remember where you have to stand when you gave a little hiccup. Hope I helped you
