As soon as I started focusing on my health it has really helped me work harder, able to put in more hours of work, minimize abit on my sleep but still perform at a high level. If I continued living my old life style I would probably get half as much done at half the quality! Health is the most important part to growing as a person, in business, etc
Life throws us in wholes and Tries to bury us and even when you feel like you can no longer shovel, even when you feel your self collapsing. The only thing that stops us from drowning is the commitment to surviving. The only failure that is true, is the regret of giving up. So keep pushing, and trust that the pain will subside and you’ll be left with all the success you once saw in your dreams. Keep fighting.
If food is meant to fuel us to accomplish more, to be more and to be better! Have fun and enjoy the cookie after the hard work, but choose to treat your self right as much as you can!
Gaining weight and staying consistent with protein powder, all my vitamins (6+), and getting a schedule down so I am not going to the gym at random times everyday. With such a random schedule I feel like it offsets my day causing me to sometimes miss a workout or get lazy with my powder and vitamins. I also feel like in the next year I should be tracking my calories and protein better than I have been. Possibly write it down or get an app that tracks it. Happy to be apart of something bigger than myself.
