Hi! Found this space through lurking TPOT-adjacent accounts and psychotechnology stuff. I became intrigued when I saw the table of contents for Don’t Waste Your Precious Life book. The impression I’ve gotten from the small amount I’ve seen so far is that this approach to motivation prioritizes self exploration, self discovery, authenticity, and alignment, and attempts to get at procrastination and facilitate goal-actualization by healing the psychological/emotional relationship one has to the way they attempt to get what they want. Or at least I’m hoping that’s what this space is about lol. I’m pretty lost in my life right now. I’ve had a rough go mental health wise the past couple years. My subconsciously motivated attempts at identity formation have caused me lots of grief and I’d really like to do it more mindfully and wholesomely. My intuition is telling me that if I were to connect deeper with myself, I’d have more clarity, and therefore motivation and next steps would come much easier. This space seems like it could help with that lol. Thanks.
