introduction
hi im maddie im 27 and my goal is to be in better shape at 30 than i was at 18 regularly running 5k. i want my endurance back but also the functional strength and flexibility from calisthenics and would like to see some muscle gains. gym thing never worked for me so hoping i can be more consistent and make some real progress here

@Nigachu N i have some resistance bands and a pull up bar. was considering getting a dumbell set when i started looking into calisthenics, now thinking about gym rings instead. how would you measure fitness level? for not regularly exercising in a while i feel ok but not very strong
