Your audience wants to see *you*, not a polished version. - Post as if no one’s watching, because at first, they aren’t. This is your practice ground. Make the most of it. Find your voice, style and hone in on your craft. - Focus on helping one person with each post. Forget trying to impress everyone. - Your people are out there, waiting for the *real* you.

Hey guys, below is one of our fundamentals class we ran for our gym the other day. A lot of you guys told us on the questionnaire that you filled in when you signed up that a big challenge was not knowing how to run a class or how to structure a boxing class. We thought the best way to help is to show you guys one of our fundamental classes in its entirety. Pay attention to how Horrace controls the class & slowly builds the drill for all the members.
