question on DIBBS validation
Good Afternoon fam, My DIBBS account is locked and needs validation in order to reactivate it. Can anyone explain what the following paragraph mean please? "Provide at least three exterior color pictures of your company’s physical address listed in SAM.gov with at least one exterior photo where the business address is clearly visible and no less than four inside pictures that adequately show your business operation. This is also applicable if using a residence as the physical address for your CAGE." What is exterior color photos? I took few screenshots of my company physical address on SAM.gov but was told that is not what they are looking for. Any help is appreciated.

@Calrin Faulkner interesting. I think that depends on how long you have been having your CAGE code. I just got my back in August and DIBBS access in late September
Important Skool Community Changes
What’s up hustlers, I’m about to take my second to last checkride and move on to the last part of my flight training: preparing for my first flying job (flight instructor or charter pilot). This additional responsibility/time commitment in my aviation career will require me to pull back in some aspects of government contracting. I only have so many hours in the day so starting in October I’m going to put our weekly calls on hold and I’m going to make this community free again. All of you guys who are currently in here will still have access to all of our previous call recordings and anyone who joins next month will not. This keeps things fair and ensures you still keep the additional value you paid for. I still want to deliver high quality free content on YouTube so I won’t sacrifice that and will still make videos with the highest quality I can. For current students of Ignored To Award or the DLA Success Bundle, my focus will remain on being available to you guys and delivering value so there will be a separate community created for you guys and we will switch to bi-weekly calls exclusively for you guys. Tomorrow, Wednesday September 25 will be our last group coaching call. So if you have any questions about anything at all, please attend and fire away. I made this announcement in our last call but I wanted to post it here so it’s in writing to clarify. The community will still be active but rather be a forum for all of us to share wins, ideas, and our journeys together. At 1 PM EST today I have a video scheduled to post about how to confidently request quotes from vendors. Check it out if you want to improve your relationships with the people you buy from.

Allow Me to Introduce Myself
Hey All, First off sending strength and love to anyone directly or indirectly effected by Hurricane Helene. Here in Central GA, we just got power restored yesterday, but many in my city (including friends and family) still don't have power and hearing it could be almost 14+ days 🤯... I digress... A little govcon background: Won my 1st service contract in Nov. 2023 through SAM, while living overseas since Feb 2019 with my daughters. I had submitted 4 total proposals before winning 1. I was also learning how to work with the DLA, which caused my DIBBS acct to be locked, a result of accessing it overseas. Knowing I was more interested in the product side, I decided to focus on the current contract and wait until returning to the states to pursue anything further. We're back home now. Haven't submitted to any other solicitations, but in Aug 2024, I was called up and offered my 2nd contract through the Dept. of Veteran Affairs, as they are pleased with the continued performance on the 1st contract. Let me say this, in the fulfillment of the 1st contract I heard "No" more times than I can count, we can't do that, you need to talk to this person, I don't know why they sent you to me -- it's this person you need, then that person says don't know why they sent you here, the area you're requesting is a restricted area, you need to speak to city, just for the city to say don't know why they sent you here it's not restricted and so on and so on and going back and forth, not taking "No" for an answer, until I was finally given access to the 1 - 2 decision-makers I needed. Now, with these people in my back pocket I can easily get quotes nationwide on anything in this arena. Mind you, the gov never knew any of this was happening in the background. All they knew was they needed services to start at a certain time, I agreed to that time, and DELIVERED on time. All they saw was a seamless process. I can appreciate things with a higher barrier to entry, knowing most people would stop at the 1st or 2nd "No" or sign of resistance, but if you're here...you're not Most People.

Don't know where the "welcome" section is. but I guess it is here. My name is Lu Che. Originally from New York but moved to Virginia Beach, VA on my last tour in the Navy and currently retired in VA. 43 years old. I am pretty new in the government contracting space but eager to learn. Biggest goal is to make 1 million a year pure profit before Dec 31, 2027. My biggest struggle is that I am still looking for my sweat spot in this government contracting world like do I go service or product. lol Looking forward to growing together as well. I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I can go to any site visits for any of us here if you need me to.
